Services / Project Management
Project
Management is a vital part of any signage program. With
so many different departments involved in a single project,
problems may occur. This is where our project managers step
in. These highly trained professionals understand the fine points
of the signage business and they possess the skills to coordinate
all of our departments so that your project is completed, not
only on time and on budget, but to the utmost standards of the
industry.
With all of the coordination involved in the project management process, sometimes clients can be left out of the loop.
Entera has solved this problem for our customers by creating an online account system with detailed, up-to-date information.
These are just a few of the tasks our project managers undertake daily to ensure the quality completion of your signage project.
Coordination with Developers
Our Program managers request contact information on architects,
civil engineers, and general contractors directly from the
developer or landlord. They then continue the information
exchange and approvals with all appropriate individuals. Our
Program Managers will supervise your projects from conception
to completion.
Coordination with Civil Engineers
Site plans are requested directly from the civil engineer
assigned to the project. Our program management team then
coordinates the placement of all signs to identify potential
conflicts early.
Coordination with Architects
Elevations and fixture plans are requested directly from the
architect. The placement of all signs is coordinated with
the architect so that all involved have an accurate vision
of the project.
Coordination with General Contractors
Sign specifications and placement information are provided
to general contractors. Site visits for visibilities and potential
conflicts are made. Installation schedules are then coordinated
with general contractors, in terms of each client's individual
time schedule.
